A
Strenuous. Experience of hill walking desirable. Will involve steep ascents & descents: mileages shown should not be taken as an indication of effort
B
Moderate. May involve steep ascents & descents, but not prolonged.
C
Easy & suitable for all. Gentle pace with slight ascents/descents. No Obstacles. 5 miles or less (Cerdded a Clebran)
